Two Course vs Four Course
For the Two Course Meals option, you can pick one First and one Second course.
For the Four Course Meals option, you can pick one of each of the four categories.
Family Style vs Plated
Family Style meals have their courses brought out at once, allowing the guests to serve themselves. This is recommended for guests who are feeding their large family and prefer a casual dining experience.
Plated meals are brought out one course at a time in individual portions in a pretty presentation. This is recommended for guests who are celebrating a formal occasion and would like a more refined dining experience.

I've always found joy in the kitchen, and being a personal chef allows me to share what I love. Food brings families together. It's why I chose the name 'Ohana Chef', which essentially means 'family chef'.
